Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga

In Vinyasa, meaning “breath-synchronized movement,” the teacher guides you from one pose to the next, following your breath bringing an inner aliveness into your body, mind and spirit.
Simply Stretch

Simply Stretch

This 50-minute class is perfect for people who want straight stretching.  Great for students intimidated by yoga; those preferring a very gentle class, as well as athletes who want to improve range-of-motion and flexibility. If you are suffering from stiffness, aches or pains-this is a great class for you! Leave refreshed, calm, and relaxed.
Gentle Flow + Restore Yoga

Gentle Flow + Restore Yoga

The best way to begin your weekend! This restful, calming class includes breathing and gentle, flowing movements. Class will culminate in a few passive and supported poses that lead directly into deep relaxation. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler yoga class
Power Flow Yoga

Power Flow Yoga

In Vinyasa, meaning “breath-synchronized movement,” the teacher guides you from one pose to the next, following your breath bringing an inner aliveness into your body, mind and spirit. Power Flow classes are more athletic, requiring some stamina while incorporating more advanced postures with options.
Power Hour

Power Hour

Power classes are athletic and require some stamina. Expect to work hard and have fun. All in 1 hour and wrapped up with relaxation.
Power + Meditate

Power + Meditate

This 50-minute class sets you up to have a great day with 40 minutes of yoga (see “Power Flow” description) and 10 minutes of meditation to wrap up the class. Start your day off with a pure shot of moving into stillness.
Iyengar/Alignment Yoga

Iyengar/Alignment Yoga

Developed by B.K.S. Iyengar, author of Light on Yoga, this approach is based on the traditional eight limbs of yoga and can be adapted to everyone, regardless of age or ability. Each class is different – some vigorous, some quiet – but all are thoughtfully sequenced with a focus on the mind/body connection through the subtleties of alignment and targeted actions. Improve your technique, and take your practice to a deeper level. Level II students should have at least 6 – 12 months of regular yoga practice.
Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga

A deeply relaxing practice of supported poses, guided relaxation, yogic breathing, and an extended savasana (final resting pose). For any level student seeking to reduce the effects of stress
Hot Power Flow

Hot Power Flow

Flow, with more athleticism and advanced postures. *Some yoga experience recommended. Room will be heated to 85-90 degrees. Come ready to work and sweat. Please bring a towel and water to class.
