Biography:

 

Chet teaches with knowledge and precision that is the foundation of Iyengar Yoga. His classes equally emphasis strength, flexibility, stamina, and balance, with the Iyengar attention to detail and alignment that brings harmony to the body and mind. Chet became a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher in 2009, the culmination of years of yoga practice, study, teaching, and a rigorous examination process.
