Description:
Incorporating regular pranayama as a compliment to asana practice dramatically transforms all aspects of yoga. Discover how pranayama fits into the eight limbs of yoga and how its role is a foundation of a complete yoga practice. Learn pranayama basics and a pathway to intermediate, ongoing pranayama practice. (Note: Some of the material presented comes from workshops with senior Iyengar teachers and is not available in books).
