300 YA, All Levels Welcome
Each one of us has a different temperament. Therefore, we all have different ways that we connect with the deepest part of ourselves. Bhakti Yoga is the branch of yoga known as the “Yoga of the Heart.”
If you are devotional in nature or if you would like to explore that part of yourself this workshop is for you! Please join us in the gentle exploration of connection to the heart-through a variety of healing yogic practices to include physical movement, Sanskrit chanting, meditation, Puja and the practice of reflection. Together we will create a sacred setting and experience how reverence, respect and admiration for this setting has the ability to open the heart, deepen our practice, honor each other and feel our connection with all of creation.
