All Students Welcome

“If you have a mind and a body, you can do Yoga.” -Jivana Heyman (director of Accessible Yoga)

Come explore how to make the teachings and practices of Yoga available to all students, no matter what their level of ability might be or whatever background they come from. Through experiential practice and group discussion, we will creatively look at how to integrate different levels of ability into our classes.

The goal of Accessible Yoga is to serve the needs of all our students equally.
