Our small group format means you’ll get to know your group well and our weekly check-ins will hold you accountable for implementing what you learn.

Taught by Deena Futris

Deena believes that each individual has the ability to create a life of alignment that opens up the possibility to greater meaning and ease in mind and body. Trained as a dancer, registered nurse, and yoga instructor, she has over 24 years of working with movement and health. She is passionate about empowering people to be well.
