Our small group classes are limited to 5 people per class and meet at the same time each and every week so that you’ll form a tight knit community and establish a consistent practice.

We have three different small group classes so that there’s something for everyone’s yoga goals.
4:00-5:00p on Sundays with Lindsey
Build the strength and mobility needed to meet the challenge of arm balances and inversions. Expect a challenging flow class infused with cross-training drills to up-level your practice. This class is perfect for people who want to build confidence in their practice and shake up their routine.
5:15-6:15 on Wednesdays with Lindsey
Align your body, mind, and spirit in these small group flow classes designed to help you feel your very best. Find more ease and joy on your mat and in your life through our potent combination of yoga philosophy and asana. These flow classes are appropriate for all levels.
10:45-11:45a on Fridays with Chet
Tap into the health-giving aspects of yoga poses to create more mobility and strength in your body. This class is specially designed for folks who have aches and pains that make joining our regular classes a challenge. We’ll take it slow and use lots of props to make sure each person finds their expression of the poses.
Because the class sizes are small and we want to guarantee that every person who signs up to try out our small group classes has a space, we only have a limited number of these available.
