Chet Thomas is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher Level 2  (formerly Intermediate Junior I) with over 20 years as a student in the Iyengar method. His classes equally emphasize strength, flexibility, stamina, and balance, as well as attention to detail and alignment that brings harmony to the body and mind. Chet’s ongoing study has led him to yoga teacher workshops with Geeta Iyengar and advanced level Iyengar teachers focusing on topics such as therapeutics, yoga for the lower back, for trauma, and for high blood pressure. In 2015, he attended Geeta Iyengar’s Yoganusasanam intensive in Pune, India. Chet is also registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500.
