Shannon is a student of yoga first, and a teacher second. She loves how the spirituality, philosophy and physicality of yoga practices help her connect to her truest Self. She hopes to provide a space in the yoga classroom for her students to do the same. Shannon has been practicing yoga since 1992 and began teaching in 2005. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an ERYT-200 and 500 E-RYT. She teaches public classes, teacher trainings and workshops as well as working as a life coach. Shannon brings laughter and a fiery, positive environment to her alignment based flow classes.
