Join me in this 3 hr. workshop where
1. We will break down and simplify what happens in the brain and body as a result of stress/trauma so that you understand what is happening inside of you.
In understanding lies power.
2. We will discuss and practice tools that will directly address how to process and transform the negative effects of trauma.
3. You will leave the workshop with a better understanding of how you can notice when the symptoms of your experience of trauma arise and what you can do to transform it’s negative effects.
