A Note From Your Lead Teacher, Lindsey
I sat down and wrote a list of everything I’ve learned the hard way and all of the strategies that have helped me create transformations for my clients, and then I packed all of it into this certificate.
I don’t like to brag, so I’ll let quotes from a few of my students do the talking…
“You’re a magician.” -client with chronic S.I. joint (low back) pain
“I can’t believe you could tell that would help from just looking at my posture?!” -200-hour yoga teacher trainee
“I’ve been doing yoga for 5 years and nobody has been able to get my hip to release like that!” -client with a recent knee replacement and tight hips
Busting myths and making evidence-based approaches accessible are two of my favorite things. I took my first anatomy class when I was 16, and I get so excited about sharing everything that I’ve learned in a down-to-earth, easy-to-learn way.
My obsession with anatomy is because when people understand their bodies, they can take ownership of their bodies.
Long story short: it is empowering. And when people are empowered and connected to their bodies, they can heal in mind, body, and soul.
My hope for every student in this course is that they’ll leave with such a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics that they can confidently pass that learning along to their own students.
