" I want our studio to be a space where people have the opportunity to be the best possible versions of themselves and leave feeling better than when they arrived. It's about creating a community where everyone feels welcome and translating that acceptance and positivity into the community around us."

-Shannon, Owner

She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an ERYT-200 and 500 E-RYT. She teaches public classes, teacher trainings and workshops as well as working as a life coach. Chet teaches with knowledge and precision that is the foundation of Iyengar Yoga. His classes equally emphasis strength, flexibility, stamina, and balance, with the Iyengar attention to detail and alignment that brings harmony to the body and mind. SJ Ursrey has been teaching Vinyasa Power Yoga since 2011. She received her 200 hour certification with Shiva Rea in Venice Beach, CA in the spring of that year and has been vinyasaing professionally ever since. SJ especially loves fluid movement and having fun while sweating out the issues in our tissues. She’s also been a professional singer and musician for over two decades, so connecting yoga with music is a passion for SJ. Yoga playlists are super fun to create and to yoga to, and you can expect a live serenade during every Savasana. Come play!

Annie received her 200-hr yoga teacher certification in October of 2012 through Global Yoga Shala in the gorgeous small town of Cubjac, France. She was lucky enough to train with eight amazing, inspiring people who influence her practice and teaching to this day. She loves spreading what she’s gained from yoga and only hopes to continue on this path, connecting with others and learning from their individual experience. To Annie, the bliss of yoga (and life) is found in the ability to seek the joy that is available to each of us, in every moment.

Christine discovered yoga in 2008 during her years as a college student at UGA and received her 200hr RYT from Athens Yoga Institute in 2014. She believes yoga is for everyone and that practice is a powerful tool to live as one’s best, authentic self. With a background in gymnastics and a love for movement, Christine is inspired to teach creative and intentional sequences with a focus on alignment and mindfulness. Ever a student, Christine continues to explore a variety of yoga styles. She is honored to share her down-to-earth and accessible approach to yoga with others.

Her practice centers around power vinyasa and loves idea that all movement is linked with breath, both on and off the mat. She believes that yoga helps center her mind and body and provides calm and connection to spirit making her a better wife to her husband, Brian, and mom to her two girls, Briley Paige and Eliannah Jane.

Julia began practicing Hatha yoga in 2004. Over the years she practiced for countless hours in studios on the East and West coast. Then she got married and started a family. As a stay at home mom she cultivated a daily home practice of asana, pranayama, and meditation. She believes that yoga can be a path to true connection to self and others. Julia is 200 Hour certified teacher and a recent graduate of Athens Yoga Institute.

Kate originally discovered yoga in 2007 in efforts to help reconnect to her body while battling disordered eating. The combination of meditation, breath work, and postures provided a space for her to discover wholeness and appreciation for her self in ways she had never experienced. Kate is a Certified 500 Hour Pranakriya Therapeutic Yoga Teacher, and her classes are a direct reflection of her Pranakriya training. Her hope is that each and every one of her students leaves class feeling more whole, alive, and worthy of being.
