5 Points Yoga is a neighborhood studio nestled in the heart of the artsy, tree-lined community of 5 Points. Our studio is warm and inviting, with friendly and knowledgeable instructors. We pride ourselves in not only being a yoga studio, but a yoga community. We are place where people feel welcome, included and connected, not only to us but to each other.

We offer a variety of yoga classes for students of all levels. Whether you are looking to build a strong healthy body, learn alignment techniques or simply help alleviate stress, we have a class for you.

Our instructors work with students with all levels of experience, providing modifications for asanas (poses) as needed, helping them learn to listen to and trust the wisdom of their own bodies, and encouraging home practice to deepen the health and wellness benefits of yoga. All of our teachers are yoga alliance certified and are always evolving through continuing education and workshops to help keep their teaching fresh and inspiring.
