Authenticity
Yoga and pilates are more than just exercise. We do our best to practice all eight limbs of yoga and adhere to traditional pilates principles. We trace our yoga lineage back to Krishnamacharya through many different teachers and styles of yoga. Plus, we’re real people who don’t take ourselves too seriously.
Alignment
Our goal is to help you fit the movement to your body - not to fit your body to the pose. No pretzel-ing necessary. Movement becomes meditation through our approach to alignment.
Experience
Over half of our staff have more than a decade of teaching experience, but please don’t be intimidated. We’re down to earth and believe newbies especially should be taught by experts.

Our Philosophy
We are passionate about helping people feel the confidence that comes from being aligned in mind, body, and soul. Our kind instructors (who are the real deal with decades of experience), small class sizes, and community that feels more like a family are all designed to help you tap into the wisdom of your mind-body connection.
Our classes are for students of all shapes, life stages, and experience levels. We believe everyone deserves to be well and that each individual who chooses to be at home in their bodies and minds empowers others to do the same. This conscious act of community building is how we change the world-one class at a time, one pose at a time.
Our instructors work with students with all levels of experience, providing modifications as needed, helping them learn to listen to and trust the wisdom of their own bodies, and encouraging home practice to deepen the health and wellness benefits of yoga and pilates. All of our teachers are Yoga Alliance certified and are always evolving through continuing education and workshops to help keep their teaching fresh and inspiring.

Since our founding in 2008, we’ve been all about helping real people. We’re down to earth and we love guiding people to learn practical strategies so that they can improve their lives through the practice of yoga and pilates.
