Hands Down Workshop Series


Hands down is a workshop you won't want to miss if you're ready to play and push the boundaries of your physical practice.


Here's what you'll do:

❤️fix your chaturanga (most people are doing it wrong!)

❤️explore the mechanics of arm balances

❤️learn stretches, skills, and drills to prepare your body

❤️get comfortable with falling so you can get right back up

❤️discover where in your flow classes you can lift off


Join us for the 75 minutes of the workshop (5:00-6:15p) and then stay for the 6:30-7:15p Hot Power Flow and put your knowledge into practice!



The Plan:

Week 1 - Chaturanga & Foundations

Week 2 - Arm Balances

Week 3 - Handstands



Plus, we'll talk about how to develop the discipline and self-compassion to do hard things (on and off the mat) and how that can make the world a better place!



$99 for the whole series, $35 for 1 session
