Yoga & Pilates for Bone Health
This course combines yoga and pilates and is designed for students 50+ who want to build better bone mass density. Beginning with fundamentals to build a strong practice for experienced practitioners and beginners, students will learn which exercises and poses are “safe” so that they can trust their body in group classes. Students will also learn which poses and exercises are most beneficial to build strong bones and prevent fragility fractures like vertebral compression fractures. Benefits also include better balance and posture and enhanced coordination and strength.
