Expect lots of props, one-on-one support, and a comprehensive approach to using yoga to help the body move with intelligence.
Shoulders, hips, and knees are the primary focus of the series, but your back and neck will thank you too! Gain a fuller understanding of how mind-body alignment contributes to moving with ease. You'll leave each session with more tools in your yoga toolbox to move safely and make the most of your practice.
