Feeling the aches and pains of sitting too much, sleeping weird, old injuries, or just plain getting a little older? Join Chet for this six week series to improve strength, flexibility, and stability in the major joints through the practice of yoga.

$175 for the whole series (can be paid in 2 monthly installments)

$35 to drop in for a single class

Chet’s 30 years of experience in Iyengar Yoga will help you move with optimum awareness.

Expect lots of props, one-on-one support, and a comprehensive approach to using yoga to help the body move with intelligence.

Shoulders, hips, and knees are the primary focus of the series, but your back and neck will thank you too! Gain a fuller understanding of how mind-body alignment contributes to moving with ease. You'll leave each session with more tools in your yoga toolbox to move safely and make the most of your practice.

Class Meets Weekly on Mondays from 5:15-6:15p

Dates: July 24, July 31, August 7, August 14, August 21, and August 28

This workshop is for you if

  • you find intentional movement meditative

  • you want to wake up with fewer aches and pains

  • you've been discharged from physical therapy and you need some help keeping up with movement in a safe way

  • you want to create a mindful movement habit that will keep you healthy for life

  • are up for slowing down in a workshop format with more Q&A

  • have at least some yoga experience

This workshop is not for you if

  • you want to move quickly

  • you don't like props

  • you're easily bored by alignment
